I handle a lot of PDFs at work, mostly editing, converting to Word and signing, and I’ve narrowed my options down to Smallpdf and Nitro PDF. Which one would you go with and why?
had the same thing last month with all the pdfs for my shop. tbh i skipped both and just use word for converting and editing. for signing i just print them out or use whatever already comes with my computer.
We get this question at the campus help desk a lot. For daily work I’d go Nitro, it’s a real desktop editor and its Word conversions hold up better on messy files. Smallpdf is handy for quick signing and the odd conversion, but the free tier caps you at like two files a day. Definately test both on your actual documents first, layouts can shift.
