I need a clean rental agreement PDF template for a new tenant by tomorrow, but every free one I find online is locked behind a paywall. Does anyone have a reliable format they recommend?
had the same thing last month tbh. i just sell planners and checklists so i don’t have a rental agreement template. i’d type up the details in word like names, dates, rent and then save it as a pdf. fwiw that got me through a similar rush once.
