A government portal won’t accept my scanned PDF because the file size is over 10 MB. I tried resaving it on my Mac but nothing changed, so how do I actually shrink it down?
had the same thing last month with a scanned form. opened it in preview then file export and picked reduce file size from the quartz filter. that got mine way under 10mb. tbh just hitting save again never shrinks anything for me.
