I am losing my mind trying to upload my application before tonight’s cutoff, and the portal strictly rejects any PDF over 80 KB. How is it even possible to shrink a two-page scanned document that small without the text becoming completely unreadable?
had the same thing last month. tbh i printed my scans and took phone pics at crappy quality then put them in a word doc and made the photos tiny before saving. black and white helped too. text was still readable enough for the deadline.
