I’m trying to get a 24-page PDF printed as a booklet so it folds into a small handout for my club’s meeting on Thursday. My home printer keeps printing it as regular single-sided sheets and the page order gets scrambled when I try to fold them. I’ve got a basic inkjet on my Windows laptop and no fancy print software, so I’m not sure what settings I’m missing.
had the same thing last month trying to make a little handout. i open the pdf on my windows laptop, go to print, then in the printer properties there’s usually a booklet option if you poke around the layout tab. set two sided if your inkjet can do it, otherwise print one side then flip the stack. fwiw it worked for my 16 pager without scrambling.
