I need a simple PDF I can print for phone messages at our front desk, but every page wants a signup. Where do people actually download free printable phone message templates?

had the same thing last month. tbh i just made a simple form in word, table with date time caller and message. we print stacks of them for the desk now. fwiw google docs works too if you search phone message there.
