I have a 6-page PDF form from HR I need to fill in on my work laptop where I can’t install anything. What online option is actually reliable for typing into the fields and saving it? ---

had the same thing last month with some hr forms. tbh i just open it in edge on the work laptop and type in the boxes then save. nothing extra to install and the fields stay working. chrome can do it too if edge is locked down. ---

If the PDF already has fillable fields, Adobe Acrobat online is usually the least fussy for typing and saving a copy. I have also used PDFescape in a browser for forms that need text boxes added manually. Just check whether your HR form contains sensitive details, since your employer may require an approved service or browser-only handling.
