Solving A 5x5 Rubik’s Cube

1. Complete the Top Base Center
First of all, you should solve the white centre piece. It will be at the top of the cube. Just like in 3x3 cubes, you must create the white area in the centre.

2. Solve the Bottom Base Center

R = Right
L = Left
F = Front
U = Up
B = Back
D = Down
Capital letters stand for an outer layer, while the lower-case letters are for inner layers of the cube. An apostrophe means the counter-clockwise move, while the number 2 stands for clockwise moves made two times.
Apply the algorithm and complete other side centres.
3. Complete Additional Centers
You should complete the crosses by applying the algorithm – R U2 R'. To transfer all inner corners and form a centre, use the structure – Rr U Rr' U Rr U2 Rr'. This way, you prepare for the next step.
There are two remaining centres you must complete. Apply the same pattern as the previous one and complete these centres. At this point, you should have all 3x3 centres solved on each side.
4. Solve the Edges
This step might be the easiest. By the logic. But, it requires some serious moves. Take a look at the matching wings and move them on opposite edges.
In addition, connect the edges and substitute them with a scrambled edge. Use algorithm – Ll' U L U' Ll when moving the left side, and apply Rr U L' U' Rr' when working on the right side.
With this approach, you can complete all the edges. However, the last two edges will remain uncompleted.

5. Complete the Remaining Edges
The following algorithm is the longest, but it is the most important. It will solve the remaining scrambled edges. Make these moves – Ll' U2 Ll' U2 F2 Ll' F2 Rr U2 Rr' U2 Ll2 and complete the edges. At this point, you have all the centres and edges completed.
6. Make the Final Moves
Now, you have the basic 3x3 Rubik’s Cube structure. With your previous knowledge, you can solve the rest of the 5x5 Rubik’s Cube.
